After laughter, chaos, costume changes at lightning speed, and audiences that have lifted the roof (and our spirits), we have just THREE shows left.
If you’ve been meaning to come… this is your moment.
Expect:🎶 A cracking soundtrack
Proper, joyful belly laughs
A story full of heart (with just the right amount of mischief and mayhem)
Two actors doing the work of twenty
We’ve poured everything into this show, and these last performances are going to be something special… a little wilder, a little looser, and full of that end-of-run magic you can’t quite bottle.
Bring your friends, your family, your neighbour who “never goes to theatre”… this is the one to change their mind.
Tickets are going fast – don’t miss out.

Let’s fill these final nights with laughter.

Listening circles for young women

These circles are for young women aged 17 and up and offer a space to connect, share, and explore experiences of being a young woman – something often missing in our wider culture. Our aim is to create a safe, supportive environment where participants can speak authentically from the heart, be vulnerable, learn from one another, and feel truly heard and held.

During the evening, we’ll hold a sharing circle with prompts to inspire conversation, alongside the opportunity to speak about whatever is on your mind and in your heart. The session may also include crafts, activities, and offerings from older women, adding richness and variety to the experience.

The circles are led by experienced, fully trained, and vetted facilitators, while also providing space for anyone in the group who feels inspired to step forward, bring their own ideas, and contribute their unique gifts to the circle.

The Light is Rising film – Sharpham Meadow through the seasons. Methodist Church. Thu 23 Apr. 7.00.

Sophie Pearce by Kate Mount

Sharpham Meadow is an impossibly beautiful place.  A simple field overlooking the Dart estuary, it faces the sea and the daily sunrise, its earth holding the bodies of those who have died.  In the autumn and winter its bare bones speak of pain and loss, while in the spring and summer its burgeoning flowers and grasses bring hope as the graves hum with insects. It is a place where somehow the core mysteries of life – time and our mortality – are symbolised, or even embodied.
