An ongoing monthly group in support of
Parents of Teenagers
We will be holding a listening circle in the woods and around a fire to share our experience of parenting young people in these times. Weaving our stories of the joys, grief, wonders and struggles into a blanket of support and connection to resource us all.
Please bring plenty of warmth as although we will be under cover around a fire, we will be outside.

The Woods for Wellness project has partnered with CircleWise CIC – a service that offers compassionate listening circles in schools and in the community. Circlewise provides both facilitated council circles and the way of council training to community members and those working in education.
CircleWise is a community interest company committed to supporting individuals, groups, schools, organisations and the community by building life skills in communication and empathy through circle practices.
They provide facilitated circles, support, training and resources to promote:
– Excellence in compassionate communication
– Social, emotional, mental well-being
– Empowered and relational learning
– Nature inspired ways of relating
Donations: this is a partly subsidised event by the Woods for Wellness project, however there is a suggested donation going directly to facilitators for their work (please enquire on booking).
