Christmas – The Bird’s Eye View
Christmas Day and all is quiet. The two-legged, featherless ones (humans) gather, unwrap their presents and eat their feasts. Outside their houses, it’s a different sort of day as well for the winged feathered ones (birds).

On Saturday 15th November it’s your chance to make a show about what the birds get up to when the world goes silent for a day. What do they see? What do they sing? Do they celebrate or miss the humans?
Tony Gee, puppeteer and story guide, is running a puppet workshop for anyone 6 years old or more at Bogan House between 10 am and 4pm on the 15th November. You will make your own bird puppet and together we will write, rehearse and perform a show. All in one day!
The show will also be performed at 11.00 am at the Civic Hall as part of the South Devon Book Festival on the 22nd November. So come and make something spectacular. It costs £20 for the day and you can book here (places are limited to 15 so you need to book in advance): https://tonygeeauthor.com/product/workshop/
