Can you improve Totnes?

Caring Town is looking for new Trustees to help shape the future of the charity.

They founded in 2013, in response to austerity, with a clear aim: to bring together health and wellbeing groups so they could communicate better, share ideas, and work together to support people most in need.

Caring Town Totnes

By building strong connections across the town, Caring Town help organisations learn from each other and find practical solutions to shared challenges.

Over the past 13 years, Caring Town has delivered many successful events and projects. The most recent project, the WE Care Programme, was funded by a £168,000 National Lottery grant and ran for four years. Although this programme has now ended, it created many positive ideas that they want to develop further.

As several long-standing Trustees are now retiring, they are seeking at least four new Trustees to join their board.
