Totnes & Dartington Open Studios are back…
After a period of Covid inspired disruption, The Totnes and Dartington Open Studios event returns for the Jubilee Weekend from the 2nd to the 5th of June.

There will be 18 artists exhibiting in 11 different locations with the details being widely available in leaflets distributed throughout the town and also online on the T.D.O.S. website.

With a long history of culture in the area, Open Studios is an organisation of local artists providing a platform to share works with visitors and local people offering direct access to studios and workshops that are normally hidden away from public eyes.
The event offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with the artists, often in their own homes where they set up private galleries exhibiting their works and also enabling visitors to purchase art directly from the creators.
Each studio is marked on a map enabling a trail to be arranged from place to place so you can take in several locations and get moving around town from Bowden House down to Totnes and along to Week and the Dartington Estate.

The artists can reserve artworks with a deposit and make arrangements for collections after the event. The leaflets and website give full details of locations, if there may be any access issues for wheelchairs for example and times the spaces will be available to visit.
